Did Your Character Just Side-Eye You?

Simia’s new anime-inspired eyes are expressive, chaotic, and slightly judgmental, in the best way possible.

Eye Contact: Activated

If you’ve been waiting for the moment Simia characters could give you that “did-you-just-say-that?” stare… it’s here. This week, we’re spotlighting one of our most expressive updates

All Eyes on You (Literally)

Big update: Simia characters just got new eye shapes and they’re saying a lot without saying anything at all.

We’ve added stylized, anime-inspired eye designs that crank the drama, dial up the charm, and somehow make every reaction look 10x more intense (and, occasionally, unhinged). Whether your character is in love, in danger, or just trying to find the vibe, the eyes will absolutely let us know.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Expressive Is an Understatement
From sparkly-eyed optimism to full-on villain arc glare, these new shapes are giving “Oscar-worthy” with a side of “what did I just witness?” The emotion-to-pupil ratio is off the charts.

  • Choose Your Aesthetic Adventure
Go full shōnen hero. Or mysterious side character. Or dead-eyed NPC who’s seen things. You’ve now got more ways to customize how your characters see and are seen.

  • More Than Just a Pretty Iris
Stylized eyes don’t just look cool—they shift tone, pace, and narrative without changing a single line of dialogue. It’s giving “plot twist” energy… visually.

Basically, the window to the soul just got an upgrade. Use it wisely. Or don’t. We’re not your editor.

Simia is now available for pre-order on the App Store 🚀 Join a growing community where every generation sparks a new adventure, because every idea deserves endless possibilities

From Templates to Timelines: AI Storytelling Is Entering Its Streaming Era

AI-native content is evolving fast. What began as isolated memes and skits is now a serialized, character-driven format and audiences are here for it.

Here’s what's new and trending:

  • 62% of TikTok users now follow multi-part AI‑powered story formats
A July 2025 Dash Hudson benchmark report found creators who publish episodic narratives with recurring characters saw a 38% increase in return viewership

  • Creators are producing 3× more videos per week with AI tools
Platforms like Runway, Pika, and Sora drastically reduce editing time. As a result, many creators now pump out content in minutes rather than hours.

The outcome? AI storytelling is fast becoming its own entertainment format. Forget polish think personality. Imagine the spirit of meme formats meeting vaporwave dystopian beats.

If your feed feels like binge‑watching itself… it’s not your fault
